This process requires much introspection. It requires you to reflect on where your business has been, where it is now, and look at where you would like it to be. Then develop clear goals that walk in alignment with the vision that you see for your business. Remember to revisit these goals so that you can always stay true to what you are aiming for business-wise. One of the most important things during this process is to keep focus.

Evaluate and eliminate the habits that yield negative results

It is no secret that negative habits will not get you anywhere. Insanity is described as doing the same things over and over again, expecting a different result. The best thing to do to avoid these categories is to evaluate your business. See what habits you continuously partake in that yield no result for your business and eliminate them. Nothing will happen overnight, therefore, be intentional with your days. Create morning routines to get your mind, body, and soul in alignment with your visions. Apart from your larger goals, set small daily goals that can foster good habits in your daily routine. 

Create goals and tasks to support your vision

Creating goals and tasks to support your vision is the simple yet important act of planning. When you have a clear vision, you will then know exactly the tasks and goals you need to accomplish. In doing this, it is important to separate what is relevant, from what is a distraction. Aim big with your goals and task, but also be realistic with what you can achieve one step at a time. 

Develop systems and workflows 

Now that you have gained clarity, removed negative habits, and created your goals and tasks; it is time to put your vision into action. Create systems and workflows to guide yourself and your team on what is required. Identify the resources that you need and have at your disposal. Identify the tasks that need to be accomplished and delegate them to your team members. Ensure you know who is in charge of what, so that you can hold each person, even yourself accountable. It is always great to have all this information written down so that you can visit and revisit to see what systems and workflows are working. If something is not working, go back to the drawing board and reevaluate your systems and workflows. Do not stop doing this until you find the perfect solution that gives you your desired results. Here you will finally feel as if you are moving forward and the good thing is that, you actually are. 

Become the CEO of your business

Never, and I mean never believe that you can do everything by yourself. For the smooth running of your business, you will need different faculties or departments that are in charge of different things. So focus on being the CEO of your business. Hire help to assist with additional tasks such as marketing and admin tasks. This will allow you more time to really fine-tune your visions and be able to implement the right strategies that your business needs to grow. Do not be afraid to ask for help. Help often times get us to where we need to be a lot faster. 

With the growth of anything under the face of this earth, the vision has to be cultivated, the goals set and the actions done to be able to bask in the achievements.
